At Gethsemane Spiritual Wellness (GSW), my central aim is to help you bring your life into harmony with God's purpose as Jesus did. I believe that by exploring your thoughts and emotions in a supportive environment, you can gain greater clarity about your path forward. This alignment not only nurtures a deeper sense of inner peace but also empowers you to move confidently toward your future, knowing that you are following a plan designed uniquely for you.
Through this process, I encourage you to reflect on your personal journey and recognize the moments when surrendering to God’s purpose can lead to profound transformation.
Meet The Founder of GSW
I am Prophetess Tamara Gibson, a devoted believer in Jesus Christ. Since accepting Jesus as my Lord and Savior in 1993, I have experienced profound transformation and fulfillment—this remains the most significant decision of my life. My faith in Him continually provides me with strength, hope, and guidance. God has graciously blessed me with a prophetic mantle, which I deeply honor and respect. I find great joy in being a daughter of Jehovah Elohim, standing firm in the assurance of His love, favor, and commission. My calling centers on supporting the comprehensive spiritual development of women, helping them realize their purpose and potential through faith.
I am joyfully married to a wonderful, God-fearing man of 21 years. Our children and grandchildren are a source of immense happiness and inspiration in my life.
Professionally, I am honored to serve in various capacities. I am a Registered Nurse, Certified CPR and Medication Management Instructor, and a Certified Christian Life Coach. Additionally, I am the founder of Gethsemane Spiritual Wellness (GSW) a subsidiary of Dash Medical Services, LLC (DMS.)
I am led by the Holy Spirit as I approach coaching as a partnership that empowers women to embrace their unique journey of discovering true purpose through the Word of God. This journey begins with a deep exploration of thoughts and emotions, encouraging authentic reflection, self-awareness and spiritual insight. My role is not to solve problems, but to offer steadfast support as meaningful goals are established, inspired actions are taken, and each woman's God-given potential is realized.
Together, we celebrate progress, honor personal growth, and foster a deep sense of purpose that radiates through every aspect of life.

In this AHA Instructor-led course, intended for healthcare providers such as Nurses, Paramedics, Emergency Medical Technicians, Respiratory Therapists, Physical Therapists, Pharmacists, Occupational Therapists, Physicians/Residents, Certified Nursing Assistants, Clinical Technicians, and students in any medical field.
Students participate in simulated clinical scenarios and learning stations. Students also complete a written exam. Certification is valid for 2 yrs.

You must be 18 years or older to take this class. This 1 day, 6-hour course offers a certificate that allows individuals to assist with medication management in any ALF (Assisted Living Facility), Homecare or Group home setting in the state of Florida that allows individuals to pass medication.
This certificate must be renewed annually.

AHA Heartsavers CPR, AED, & First Aid
Cost: $75
The AHA Heartsaver class is intended for non-medical personnel who need a CPR and First Aid Certification. This course is most often taken by teachers, daycare employees, lifeguards, boat captains, personal trainers, babysitters, high school students, new parents, or anyone who needs a CPR certification that doesn’t plan on working in a healthcare field. Note: If you are medical personnel and you intend to work in a hospital, or are a student going into any medical profession, you should register for the AHA BLS CPR class instead.
